I am a professional photographer based in Cape Town, South Africa.
My passion for photography was sparked through my father who also takes an active role in nature and wildlife conservation.
I have been travelling through Southern Africa ever since I can remember, each opportunity I get to go is always a magic experience, even those that end with Malaria.
I take on all sorts of photographic work which has taken me from chapels in Cape Town for small weddings to lake Malawi on the 2014 PutFoot Rally as the official photographer.
Having always been intrigued by the technical aspects of photography I feel gives me a great advantage when teaching others. I can never stress enough how important it is to know your tools when taking on any form of art. In photography knowing your tools means knowing each and every tiny technical detail about your camera in order to give you the edge when applying your creative juices.
Its is this level of perfection which I strive for in all my endevours and to give back to conservation would be the ultimate goal of my career as a photographer because it is wildlife photography which originally ignited my passion for this wonderful artform.
